The guidelines of the Link Builders SEO Guarantee:

• For all 6 month or longer campaigns that don't see at least a 25% increase in traffic and site rankings at the end of the given time, we will cheerfully refund your money. By the way, to this day we've never had to issue a refund, however...

• Link Builders will do everything we can to get 100% of your keywords to hit the front page of Google. The SEO Guarantee is simply there to assure that you are able to achieve your desired results, we will refund your money, regardless of the time we’ve invested into the campaign.

• If we are in any way unable to meet the Link Builders SEO Guarantee, we will continue to work for you without fail. Our continued work will proceed for an additional two months beyond the original contract, all at no charge to ensure that we are able to meet the rankings promised. If we are in any way unable to deliver as promised, the appropriate amount, minus any local listings or charges or content writing fees will be refunded. 

The Link Builders Guarantee is Not-Applicable in the Event that:

• The client does not provide Link Builder with the articles needed to initiate the campaign within the original period of time outlined. This caveat assumes that the client has not purchased their content from Link Builders.
   
• The client falls short of the delivery or acquisition of any additional content required by Link Builders.
   
• The client is unable to furnish Link Builders with the access needed to optimize the end client’s website.
   
• Link Builders is unable to gain the access required to install the necessary changes to Dynamic websites. This includes Dynamic Meta Data Implementation and URL Rewriting.
   
• If Link Builders finds themselves with any developmental issues within the website itself. These issues can include URL redirects, content implementation (for example, when content is added to the website, thus throwing things off kilter and disturbing the site’s natural design elements), meta tag implementation, or any additional problems that surface due to structural design or developmental flaws in the end client’s website or hosting issues.

The SEO Guarantee WILL BE VOIDED ALSO if:

• The website goes offline for more than 24 hours during the campaign.
   
• The website has duplicate content on the Internet.
   
• The location of the host website’s has been altered.
   
• The website’s hosting has not been renewed (even if by accident) and the client’s site disappears from the web for any period of time.
   
• The navigation of the client’s site has been altered without the express consent of Link Builders.
   
• The client’s site has become blacklisted, completely independent of any actions committed by Link Builder’s.
   
• The client or client’s website is involved with spamming activities.
   
• The client’s site content optimization or meta tags have been modified in any way, separate from the modifications made by from Link Builders.

Link Builders is here for you. Even in the rare event of that our SEO Guarantee has been voided, Link Builders will still work every bit as hard to achieve the rankings. Overall, even when most of the time conditions for the SEO Guarantee are compromised, Link Builders still manages to achieve or exceed the the 25% increaes in traffic and rankings.
